YOUR BODY TYPE IS: A (Adrenal)
For your body type we recommend the EMERALD BOX.
If you answered High or Medium Stress levels in question 16, we recommend you add on the Stress Buster.
Basic body shape: strong-looking, bigger above the waist than below, large breasts, slim hips.
A-Type Body Type means that you eat foods that stimulate your Adrenal gland. Your adrenal glands are responsible for the production of hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone. Cortisol helps your body respond to stress and regulates your metabolism. Aldosterone controls your blood pressure.
A-Type people are generally very patient people. They can take and take until a point and when they get angry, they get very angry.
A-Type people tend to retain a lot of water. Your fingers swell, rings may feel tight. Ankles also swell and females experience breast fullness pre-menstrually.
A-Type people usually prefer savoury foods over salty things.
You tend to choose smaller breakfasts and lunches, in fact you sometimes skip one or both of these meals. Your “hungry” time is after 3pm. That is when you start getting peckish and want to eat anything and everything you see.
For A-Type people supper is the most important meal of the day. The foods that you choose when you feel “out of control” help you to feel “in control” subconsciously.

Basic body shape: long-limbed, fine-boned, high waist, oval or long face. Wider hips than shoulders (pear shaped).
T-Type people eat foods that stimulate their Thyroid gland. It does not mean that they necessarily have a problem with their Thyroid but they eat foods that stimulate this gland.
The Thyroid gland is found in the neck, below the Thyroid cartilage. The Thyroid gland controls how quickly the body uses energy, makes proteins and controls hoe sensitive the body is to other hormones.
T-Type people are very impatient people, they like things done their way. T-Type people are very erratic eaters, they have the tendency to skip breakfast and are more “grazers” than “guzzlers.”
Thyroid type people get tired a lot, they also have a tendency to have depression not necessarily to the extent that they need medication but they have bouts of sadness.
T-Type people usually have a dependency on something or someone and often times they look to food for comfort. Whenever they sad, down or upset they look for a cup of tea or coffee (or a caffeine loaded drink). If it is not caffeine it is sugar so T-Type people have tea, coffee, coke, redbull, chocolates, cake, etc, often.

Basic body shape: youthful-looking, with a small-boned body and a head that is somewhat large for her body size.
The pituitary gland secretes hormones that help control growth, blood pressure, thyroid function, pain relief, temperature regulation and water balance.
P-type people crave dairy foods like milkshake, ice-cream, fresh cream and sweet things.
P-type people are very idealistic with the tendency to be very reserved except with close friends. They are more energetic in the morning and tend to get tired in the evenings. Danger time for snacking for P-Types is in the afternoon. By eating the wrong foods P-type people over stimulate their pituitary gland and create a state of exhaustion and imbalance which allows fat to accumulate all over their body.
P-Type people tend to get withdrawn and obsessed when their down. They also have the tendency to suffer from chronic allergies.

Basic body shape: pear-shaped, with curvy rear and slender upper body.
O-Type people eat foods that stimulate their ovaries (Gonads). O-Type people are very passionate people, they tend to be also very giving. They have high expectations and tend to get disappointed by others often.
The function of the ovaries is to release the hormones oestrogen and progesterone. Oestrogen is instrumental in breast development, fat distribution in the hips, legs and breast. Progesterone together with oestrogen is essential in regulating the menstrual cycle.
O-Type people have a tendency to experience dysmenorrhea (period pain) on one or two days. They tend to get emotional pre-mentrually and crave sweet things more around this time.
O-Type people experience hungry times just before lunch and in the evenings when everyone else is asleep. They are “sensual” eaters. Spicy foods and rich foods are high on the craving list for O-Type people.
